Dr. Law took up the position of Managing Director of Smart Shirts (Lanka) Ltd. with a workforce of 5000 in march 1997 while the operation was in a bad shape. He applied his motivation techniques and built up his management team to obtain the support of the employees, he was able to set a record of profit higher than any of the past 20 years. In the second year of his management, he had further improved the profit by more than 20% and in the same year he lead the main factory to achieve the certification of ISO9002 within 10 months.

He also had other similar success in other operations in Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Mauritius and Hong Kong in the past 30 years. In the capacity of Project Director, he had built 5 rice mills from the scratch in various locations in China and Vietnam within 5 years. The capital investment for each of the projects ranged from 7 to 14 millions of US dollars. He is now offering his knowledge and experience to companies seeking improvements and success.
