Within a period of three months, you have assist us to build up our core management team with close cooperation and strong team spirit. The weaknesses in our quality control system were identified and rectified. Training of quality control personnel was set up to ensure proper operation of the quality control system by appropriate staff. Your on-the-spot illustration in addition to the regular seminars had transferred both technical and conceptual knowledge to our managers and supervisors in such a way that they found it very easy to understand and apply to their day-to-day work.

Starting from the fourth month onward, we already achieved 100% pass the first inspection carried out by our customers' QC inspectors. Our monthly averaged cut/ship percentage has been improved by more than 5% and repair rate at the end of sewing has been reduced by more than 50%. Apart from these economical gains, we are particularly happy about the development of our management team to new level where they are independent and self-motivated to drive for further improvement by themselves.

Dr. Law is now working with another factory in our Group and similar trends of results are achieved after his first visit. We are confident that improvements in the same speed shall be reached in his next 2-3 visits.
