The founder of this young Company is Dr. Siu Wah Law who has over 30 years of industrial experience in garment, electronics food as well as consulting. He had been employed by top garment manufacturers in the capacity of regional CEO in Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Mauritius, Sri Lanka and Hong Kong with work forces between 4,000 to 9,000. His management ability is well demonstrated by the improvements in quality and productivity through motivation and team cooperation. During this period of time, he had applied his management skills in the design and implementation of improvement programs which had rapidly turned around the operations from red to profitable.
		Our staff are experienced operators and managers in the garment industry with leadership quality and motivation skills and we know the culture of the workforce and the practical solutions to the problems of the industry.
	We are well equipped with both management knowledge and experience to support companies to become lean and competitive ready to face the challenge when the global textile quota will be abolished by December, 2004.
